Bahrain Cabinet Decision No. 50 for 2010 on Establishing the Disability Assessment Committee (Available in Arabic only)

After reviewing Law No. (74) of 2006 regarding the care, rehabilitation and employment of the disabled, and Resolution No. (62) of 2007 regarding the formation of the Supreme Committee for the Care of the Disabled, and its amendments, and based on the proposal of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development, and after the approval of the Council of Ministers, a decision was announced No. (50) of 2010 establishing and forming the Disability Assessment Committee. This resolution contains seven articles presented in this international document.
