Literature review

Reviewing published literature on e-accessibility – such as policies, legislation, outputs, and programmes – helps to build an analytical picture of the link between disabilities and e-accessibility and establish an overall baseline for e-accessibility policy and its impact.

The literature review also takes into account qualitative research, so as to build a knowledge base that can be used as a reference for policymakers.
