2. Lack of enabling environment for digital inclusion of students with visual impairment; lack of free internet for students in general, and for students with visual impairments in particular.
3. Challenges accessing specialized digital applications for transport and communication, making it difficult for students with visual impairments to travel to and from the university campus.
